Captain Z. John Zingis is a life long resident in the Point Pleasant area since 1964. At age 4 he started fishing with his Father Zigi Zingis and graduated quickly to riding his bike to numerous stream and lakes in the Point Pleasant - Brick Township area. Since his early years he's had a pole in his hand targeting many freshwater species. Now he's spent the last 20 years owning a boat and fishing the Manasquan River, Barnegat Bay and Ocean. His expertise is with Fluke, Striped Bass and Blues, although he spends at least 3 weekends in the fall chasing Salmon, Steelhead and Brown Trout up in Pulaski, NY.
